Wild ball of wax

"The reports of my disappearance have been greatly exaggerated..."

Well, Mark Twain didn't say it like that, but you get the idea.

Please excuse my tardiness in getting back here. The past several days since my previous post have been either – 1. extremely busy, 2. full of migraines and body ills, or 3. filled with stress and worry.

Yep, the whole ball of wax has run wild here lately.

I probably should have warned you ahead of time, my blog friends, that stuff happens in my life constantly, causing me to be unexpectedly absent. Just when I think it's safe to sit down and UNthink – B A M ! – there it is.

Meh, I'm used to it. Life can't be all hunky-dory all the time, right? And, yeah, I'm that person who tends to keep most of it... okay, a lot of it... to myself. I remain silent.

But not alone.

Because.... God.

God is the only certainty.

I have to handle a few more things over the next couple days or so. When I get back, I'll update you on everything. And I'll share a lovely little gift that came in the mail from a blog friend!

😉

Blessings!

  1. I can relate. My body takes over my life regularly. You do what you can and be grateful for what you have, yes. :)

  2. It's good to know you're okay. And yes, God is always right there with us, through everything. Thank goodness! I do hope the migraines are gone. Those are awful.
I will be keeping you in prayer my friend.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

  3. The same way here. I keep just about everything to myself-except for sharing with a couple of old really close friends. Real Life does get in way of blogging sometimes. xo Diana

  4. This Bible verse I shared with my daughter...

    1 Peter 3:12
"For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous , And Hid ears attend to their prayers."

and she said that Peter is quoting Psalm 34!

    Psalms 34:15
"The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears are attentive to their cry;"

    You are in my prayers!
